They're where this site starts, not where the range ends. We also make mouse pads and phone cases, and less standard formats start with a conversation — send a reference and we'll check feasibility before we quote anything.

02 — CAPABILITIES

How we make it.

UV printing

Flatbed UV onto acrylic, vinyl and board. White ink underlay for dark or transparent bases.

Epoxy dome

A clear resin dome over the print. Depth and a glassy edge — we spec a yellowing-resistant resin and confirm the exact resin type on your spec sheet.

Holographic base

A rainbow-effect base under the print. It carries flat artwork and hides fine detail.

Glitter & specialty bases

Glitter, frosted and coloured bases, layered under or behind the print.

Die-cutting

Cut to any outline, not just rectangles and circles. Your cut path, or we'll prepare it.

Double-layer construction

Artwork on a printed base, sealed under a clear face. Depth, and the print can't scratch.

03 — PROCESS

Five steps, and nothing happens without your approval.

01

Inquiry

You send artwork and a rough quantity. No account, no forms you have to finish twice.

02

Quote & spec

Material, finish, size, quantity and lead time — in writing, before any deposit.

03

Sample

A physical sample of your actual design. This is where colour gets settled.

04

Production

Your approved sample becomes the reference the run is checked against.

05

QC & ship

QC photos before dispatch, then the freight option you chose.

04 — SPECS

What we need, and what you get.

ARTWORK — WHAT WE NEED
File formats AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or SVG. Vector preferred.
Colour CMYK. We flag where RGB artwork will shift before we print.
Bleed & safe area 3 mm of bleed — the standard print convention. Your spec sheet confirms the exact bleed and safe-area figures for your order.
Min line & text Around 0.3 mm minimum line weight. Below that, fine detail risks dropping out in cutting — we flag it before you pay.
Multiple designs Mix designs within one order. Tell us how many and how many of each.
DELIVERABLES — WHAT YOU GET
Quote A written quote, not an estimate on a message app.
Spec sheet Material, finish, size, quantity and lead time, confirmed before you pay.
Sample A physical sample of your design for approval.
QC photos Photos of the finished run before it ships.
Packaging Individual OPP bags as standard. Retail packaging on request.

05 — WHY TEST US

You don't have to replace your supplier to test us.

Most people reading this already have a supplier who is fine. This is a page for the ones who want a second option they can actually compare.

Sample first.

You approve a physical sample of your own design before production starts. Not a stock photo, not a mockup.

Low minimums.

You don't have to commit to a container load to find out whether we're any good.

Specs up front.

Material, finish, size and lead time in writing before any deposit — so the comparison is real.

Straight answers.

If something in your artwork won't print, we say so before you pay, not after.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

We sold these products before we made them. That's why the specs are published and the sample comes first.

06 — FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

What's your minimum order quantity?

500 pcs on a standard production run. For a first order or a new brand we can go lower — the fewer pieces, the higher the unit cost. Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm what's possible.

Can I mix several designs in one order?

Yes. Tell us how many designs and how many pieces per design, and we'll confirm how it affects unit price before you commit.

Do I have to pay for a sample, and how long does it take?

Sample cost and sample time are Confirmed with your quote. We send a physical sample of your own design before production, so colour and finish get settled on a real object rather than a screen.

What's the production lead time?

Confirmed with your quote. We quote sample time and production time separately, so you always know which part you're waiting on.

Which countries do you ship to?

Destination options and freight cost are Confirmed with your quote — they depend on weight, volume and how fast you need it. Tell us where it's going and we'll put the shipping options in the quote.

What file do I need to send?

AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or SVG, vector preferred, 300 dpi at final size. A rough file is enough to start — if something won't print, we'll tell you before you pay for anything.

Send us one design. See what comes back.

Upload your artwork and tell us roughly how many you need. We'll reply with a quote, a spec sheet and a sample plan — we aim to answer within one working day.
